Can I place a phone order?
Due to the high volume of orders we are no longer able to accept retail orders over the
phone. 72 Hour Supply, Inc. is only able to accept orders through our website with a
credit card payment or by mail order. To request a catalog for mail orders, please call
us at 801-208-9292 or you can email us at admin@72hoursupply.com.

Can you ship to an APO address?
Yes we can ship to APO addresses. We ship all APO orders through the United States
Postal Service. Additional charges may apply, contact us for information.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Due to import regulations on meat and poultry we are not able to ship Mountain House
freeze dried food products to individuals who live outside the USA.
What is your return policy?
72 Hour Supply, Inc.'s return policy is no returns on food items unless the product is
damaged or defective. If you have a damaged or defective food item, please call
801-208-9292 for a return authorization. For all other product returns, please call for a
return authorization. All returns must be in re-sellable condition and are subject to a
20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. No returns after 10 business
days of receipt.
Will my personal information be sold to mailing lists?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business. The only
information we collect is what you submit to us and is used only by 72 Hour Supply, Inc.
for Marketing and research purposes. We are not in the business of selling the
information we collect to others.
Can I use a debit card or check card?
If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, please select Visa from the drop-down menu on
the order form. Similarly, if you're paying with a EuroCard or MasterMoney Card, select
MasterCard.
Is it safe to enter my credit card number online?
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which
encrypts all submitted information.
Do you sell to government or resellers?
72 Hour Supply, Inc. is selling to government, business and social organizations.
Please contact us for price quotes on bulk or large quantity orders. We will sell by the
pallet, partial truck load, or full truck load. Please check our pricing before you buy
somewhere else.
